非谓语动词作状语

非谓语动词作状语包括动词不定式和分词（现在分词和过去分词）两种形式。如:

Doctors and nurses worked day and night to save people who got infected with the virus.医生和护士夜以继日地工作，抢救病毒感染者。

I'd like to be a policewoman like Ren Changxia, keeping people safe.我想成为一名像任长霞一样的警察，保护人民的安全。

Influenced by his father, he wants to be a police officer.受他父亲的影响，他想成为一名警察。

一、不定式作状语

动词不定式在句子中作状语时，一般表示目的、原因、结果等。

二、分词作状语

分词在句子中作状语时，一般表示时间、条件、原因、让步、结果、方式或伴随等。

注意：现在分词作状语时，动作与主语之间是主谓关系，表主动；过去分词作状语时，动作与主语之间是动宾关系，表被动。
