That evening, Star went to Charlie's office to find the Cullens all waiting for her, all of as still as status. Charlie gazed at her uneasily:"Edward told us that you've figured it out." She nodded, and replied:"I won't tell anyone about it. I believe that you don't kill humans, and that's enough for me."
The others stared at her for a moment,completely frozen, as if wondering if she meant what she said, she met their eyes one by one, determined to let them trust her. Then finally, Edward relaxed, and gave her a small smile. The tension broke quickly, soon Emmett's laughter was booming in the house again, and the place was once more filled with happiness and joy.
Star looked around the room, truly glad that she had come to stay for the first time.
