They can’t say you’re truly experienced the delights of Beijing until you’ve been in a Hutong. Hutong gives tourists like me a taste of what life used to be like here. Walking or riding in Hutong might not be the fastest but the most magical way to enjoy your leisure time in Beijing.

It’s humbling to see the connection the health workers have with the patients in critical condition. The patients that would otherwise have died actually recovered in the hospital. Spending time with the health workers and the patients, and learning the ins and outs of what goes on here has been an absolutely amazing experience that I won’t forget anytime soon.
