Chapter 6

One day, Star entered the cafeteria to find that Edward wasn't in his usual set. She frowned, but after seeing the smile on Alice's face, she knew exactly what happened instantly. Sure enough, Edward was sitting across from Bella at the other side of the cafeteria. They seemed to be having a serious discussion, but she couldn't guess what it was about. At least, not until she took her seat beside Alice. "Bella is trying to guess what we are, and she thought that we are some kind of spiderman!" Alice told her, giggling under her breath. The others smiled at that too, except Rosalie, who seemed to dislike Bella for some reason.

Star watched Edward's reaction as Bella kept saying something, wondering if he would tell her the truth. Bella had obviously noticed that the Cullens aren't humans, her curiosity will eventually push her to the truth, what will happen when she knew?

She signed, and started to eat. There's no point in worrying now, Bella and Edward clearly like each other, and neither of them could bear to be separated from one another. So all she could do is to wait and see what happened next.

After lunch, Star went to biology class. To her surprise, Edward wasn't going to take the lesson. She thought that he wouldn't miss a minute to be with Bella, but he seemed determined to be absent.

A moment later, she found out the reason. Mr. Banner announced that they would be blood typing during the class. To her surprise, Bella (Since Edward was absent, they became temporary partners.) let out a small grown. She stared at Mr. Banner, as if he had just asked her to clean the toilet. "What's the matter?" Star asked her anxiously. "I…faint at the smell of blood," Bella told her nervously.

Sure enough, As soon as Mr. Banner pricked Mike's finger, Bella's face turned green, and let out a little moan. Star quickly raised her hand, told Mr. Banner that Bella isn't feeling well, and (with Mike's assistant) took Bella out of the classroom.
